📘 ป.3 chapter 4 — Figures and lines of symmetry

Hexagon has 6 lines of symmetry

A figure with all sides equal and all angles equal has as many axes as it has sides — 6 here.

Click any dashed line to fold along it.

Compare with another figure — which has more?

⚠️ This tool has no general “triangle” or “quadrilateral”, because their number of axes is a property of the DRAWING and not of the name — a scalene triangle has none and an isosceles one has one. The circle answers “infinitely many”, from ป.3 book 1 page 142, and cannot be compared as more or fewer.
