Subscriptions

If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, you may cancel any time and continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time. This applies to annual plans too: an annual plan is a single upfront charge for the whole year, and after the 7-day window we do not refund or prorate the unused months — you keep access until the year ends.

Feature Passes & Lifetime

The Teacher Term Pass and the Student Term/Year Passes are one-time purchases (no auto-renewal). They are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided no worksheets have been generated during that period using the pass. Once any worksheet is generated under the pass, it becomes non-refundable.

The Founding Teacher Lifetime deal is non-refundable after purchase, except where required by local consumer-protection law.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails after the service is delivered (e.g., chargeback without prior contact), we may suspend your account pending resolution.

How to Request a Refund

We respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Disputes

If we’re unable to resolve a refund request through email, you may contact your payment provider (Stripe) to dispute the charge.
