Subscriptions

If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, you may cancel any time and continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, only if none of the paid credits have been used. Once any paid credit is consumed (e.g., a worksheet generated using paid credits), the pack becomes non-refundable.

Free credits used during the refund window do not affect eligibility — only paid credit usage matters.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails after the service is delivered (e.g., chargeback without prior contact), we may suspend your account pending resolution.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@mathprepai.com with your order ID and reason
We respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Disputes

If we're unable to resolve a refund request through email, you may contact your payment provider (Stripe or Omise) to dispute the charge.
