This Agreement governs participation in the MathPrepAI Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying you accept this version; we record the version, the timestamp of your acceptance, and a copy of the exact text you were shown at that moment.

1. Enrollment

Acceptance into the Program is at our discretion and may be limited by country. We may approve, reject, or suspend an account. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code and link.

The age rule is the same in every country. From 20 you may join in your own right. At 18 or 19 you may join where a parent or guardian either applies on your behalf or consents in writing; their name and email must be given on the application, and the signed consent form must be uploaded to your dashboard before approval and before any payout. Under 18 nobody may join, even with consent, because our payment provider does not permit a payout account to be owned by someone under 18. (Consent is required at 18-19 because Thailand's Civil and Commercial Code treats anyone under 20 as a minor, and a juristic act done without the legal representative's consent is voidable.) We ask only for your month and year of birth to apply this check and do not store your date of birth. If we later find the age or consent declaration was untrue, we will suspend the account and cancel unpaid commission.

2. Commission

Commission is earned on a qualifying paid order placed by a user you referred (via your link or your affiliate discount code).
Where enabled, recurring commission is paid on subscription renewals for a window measured in MONTHS OF COVERAGE (currently 12 months), not in number of charges.
What that means for annual plans: a single annual payment covers 12 months at once, so it consumes the whole recurring window on the first payment and their next annual renewal earns no further commission. This is deliberate — it keeps your total the same whether the person you referred pays monthly or yearly.
Commission on an annual order is paid in TWELVE EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALMENTS: the first when the order is paid, then one a month until complete. The total is identical to the baht — only the timing changes. If that order is refunded, the instalments not yet created never will be; a customer merely turning off auto-renew does not affect them, because they have already paid for the full year.
First-purchase commission arises on the referred user's FIRST paid order only. If they buy something inexpensive first and subscribe later, the first-purchase commission is calculated on that first order; the subscription that follows earns through the recurring window described above.
Commission is held until the refund window passes, then approved. A refunded or reversed order voids the related commission. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected after any discount, not the list price.
Rates and the recurring window are shown in your dashboard and may change prospectively (existing attributed referrals are honored).
Attribution order: where one buyer both clicked one partner's link and used another partner's discount code, the commission follows the LINK — the earlier touch that brought them here. Where a buyer had no prior link click but used your code, they are bound to you so their later renewals stay yours.

2.1 Your discount code

You may claim your own discount code from your dashboard; it is issued immediately once the name passes our checks. You choose the NAME only — the discount rate, the number of redemptions and the expiry are set by us under our policy and may change. One active code per partner. The name must not imply it comes from MathPrepAI itself (e.g. containing “MathPrep”, “Official”, “Free”), must not duplicate another partner's, and must not be digits only.

A partner code discounts EVERY renewal for as long as that user stays subscribed (unlike our general promotions, which discount the first charge only). We may suspend or disable a code if it is distributed in a way prohibited by section 6, or where necessary to prevent abuse.

3. Payouts

Payouts are made once your approved balance reaches the published minimum. You must provide accurate tax and payout information, and we may hold payment until the required tax details are on file.

Payouts are processed by hand, not automatically. The programme's first payout run begins once a qualified accountant has confirmed how we handle withholding tax, and we will notify you when a transfer is made. A request submitted before then is not lost and remains payable under this Agreement.

Tax: commission is assessable income under §40(2) of the Thai Revenue Code, and as the payer we are required by §50(1) to compute withholding on every payment — on the §48 progressive scale, not at a flat rate. We therefore run that computation every time and keep the working, even when the result is zero. At ordinary commission levels the result IS zero, so you receive the full amount — that is the outcome of the calculation, not an absence of duty. If the commission we pay you in a tax year rises above roughly ฿310,000, the computed amount stops being zero; from that point we will withhold what the calculation gives, remit it to the Revenue Department, issue you the withholding certificate, and tell you beforehand. Either way you remain responsible for including this income in your own tax return under the law of your tax residence; an earnings summary is downloadable from your dashboard for that purpose.

4. Required Disclosure (FTC / ASA / local law)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote MathPrepAI — e.g. “#ad”, “affiliate link”, or an equivalent statement in the same place as the link/code, before the click. You are responsible for compliance with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides, the UK ASA/CAP Code, and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.

5. Data Protection (PDPA / GDPR)

Referral attribution uses a cookie that is set only after the visitor gives consent. You must not place tracking technology on a visitor's device on our behalf, and must respect the visitor's consent choice. Process any personal data you collect lawfully and in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (Thailand PDPA, EU/UK GDPR).

6. Prohibited Conduct

Self-referrals or purchasing through your own code for commission.
Spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, or cookie stuffing.
Coupon/deal-site abuse or unauthorized discounting.
Posting your discount code to coupon aggregators, deal sites, code-sharing groups, browser extensions, or any public channel whose audience you did not build. The code is for your own audience; when someone who was already going to buy finds it, we pay both the discount and the commission and gain no new customer. We may disable a code found distributed this way and cancel the commission it generated.

Violations may result in withheld commission, reversal, and termination.

7. Term & Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Approved, unreversed commission earned before termination remains payable subject to this Agreement. We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, legal reasons, or breach.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement; material changes are published with a new version and may require re-acceptance.
