Authentication: OAuth provider IDs (Google, GitHub) when applicable
Usage: worksheets generated, modules used, credits consumed
Payment: handled by Stripe (Global) and Omise (Thailand) — we do not store card details
Technical: IP address (hashed for analytics), browser, OS

2. How We Use Information

To provide the Service (generate worksheets, manage credits)
To process payments and prevent fraud
To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
To improve the Service (aggregated analytics)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Omise, Resend) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we anonymize or delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., tax records).

5. Your Rights (GDPR / PDPA)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@mathprepai.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and a referral-tracking cookie (mp_ref, 60 days) for affiliate attribution. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

MathPrepAI is designed for educators. Students use generated worksheets offline. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

Data is processed in Singapore (Neon, Railway) and globally distributed for delivery (Vercel). By using the Service, you consent to this.
